New Technology Turns Food Leftovers Into Electricity, Vehicle Fuels
The next time your mom gets on you to 'clean your plate', just tell her that you are doing your part for the environment. That's right! UC Davis research and technology demonstration facility is turning food leftovers into electricity. Of course, they are just now starting with restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. But if this technology proves itself, you won't have to worry about leftovers again!
