"Scientists discover hunger gene" They claim that this gene works throughout both the body in detect hunger and the brain with it's timing in sending hunger signals. Of course, this gene is being experimented on in mice --- modified is the word. It would be interesting to learn to what degree that the scientists made this modification. Hopefully, this research will carry over into people as a reversible correction to overeating.
