Injunction against a "Bully"?
From the maker of "Grand Theft Auto" comes a game where you get to be the bully in a private school. Of course, you get to use all the nastiness that comes with being a bully. It's only a game. Just an innocent, albeit violent, game. "It's worse than that!", says anti-video game and super brother's keeper of us all, Jack Thompson. So far, he has convinced a judge in Florida to consider stopping the sales of the game. Free speech issue? Perhaps. The game has a mature rating, and most parents certainly use this guideline when buying games for junior. Maybe the courts don't think the parents are doing a good enough job. I guess we'll find out on Tuesday how much influence Mr. Thompson has on the judge.
