Blind Web Surfer Sues for Accessibility

Share
Sometimes I just don't know what to think about the lawsuits that come about. For example, Target is being sued by a blind man because he claims that their web site is unaccessible under the "Americans With Disabilities Act". He uses text-to-speech type software and isn't able to read all of the site. Target's lawyers response that the law applies only to physical locations.

Good grief! Is Target the only store that blind people can shop at online? Are lawyers that hungry for money or power that they have to create issues that should not be issues?
