There are a lot of deadly addictions out there. Fortunately, most of them, like prescription drug addiction, have treatment programs to help those who want to regain their life. But what about the doctors that are addicted to writing drugs prescription? You know, those physicians who can't stop themselves from scribbling on small square pieces of paper and handing them out. These doctors are easy to spot. They are the ones who break out in a cold sweat as they walk past Post-it notes in the office supply aisle. They get a wild look in their eye if you happen to invite them to your pad. They see illegible handwriting and instantly try to get it filled. It's a sad, strange addiction.
