step 2 of the divorce is almost done
Hurray!!! After spending the last couple of weeks, fighting the irs, the underwriters of the loan, my ex and her lawyer, I have finally, finally got to the point where I can refinance the property and pay my ex her share. Of course, I had to agree to allow the irs to take 3 times what they were suppose to. But, as they put it, "get with your cpa and perhaps you can get most of it back". God Bless America and on to step 3 "recovering the stolen fruits of my labors". Anyway, I am much, much closer to get my life back!!! Step 2 will be completed Monday when she signs the papers to collect her monies. Hurray!!
