At my main job, people have been quitting and retiring in a high number these past six months. Last month, our CFO even took a job elsewhere. And yet, the powers that be have not replaced any of these empty positions. It doesn’t help that we haven’t had a pay raise in six years now. Naturally, rumors are growing like a cancer and eating away at the little moral that is there. Today the owners flew and took all of upper management for an off site meeting. I don’t know what will come of it. Something good????????
