In The End, I Saw The Rider On A Terrible Horse. His name was "Insurance Salesman"

So ... people are worried that banks are going to stop lending them the money that these same people put in banks in the first place. Or so the news constantly reminds us lately. On this scary but unsubstantiated tidbit of information, investors are selling their stocks to put the money under the mattress and in jars that will be buried in the backyard. The only investment vehicle that looks good for a change is whole life insurance. Apparently, all this doom-and-gloom, end-of-the-world news has caused the demand for life insurance quotes to skyrocket. Insurance salesmen (and women) have been moved from the ranks of the Maytag repairmen into people in demand. Maybe this is the sign of the end times. I imagine we can expect reports of frosty weather descending upon the netherworld any day now.

Travel Insurance

Share
Do you find insurance to be one notch above a scam? Take life insurance for example. You're betting that someday you're going to die. When you win that bet, you lost. With travel insurance, you're betting that you're going to be sick while traveling. Who really wants to win that kind of bet? Actually we need a different kind of travel insurance. After all, the best way to find out if you like someone or hate them is to travel with them. As common a practice as that is, no one offers love-hate travel insurance for dealing with your companions. If we're going to gamble like this, why not have some fun?

saving on life insurance

Share
Going through my divorce, I agreed to maintain the current amount of life insurance (term) BUT I was able to make my youngest the beneficiary. Of course, I wanted to have something for my two oldest but my premiums with my current companies wouldn't allow it. So I went through Accuquote and was able to find triple the payout at half the cost! You should look into this if you need to save some money while looking out for your family.
